Farming Programme

Lincs FM

The farming programme this morning featured extracts from the Nocton Dairies debate, recorded in Branston on Wednesday evening 5th January.

Sean Dunderdale and Sally Elkington gave a flavour of the recording between 0700 - 0730hrs... on topics of housing, employment and the concept of the 'super-dairy'.

There will be more in-depth coverage being broadcast tonight on Lincs FM between 2200 and 2300hrs.

The programme will then be made available as a podcast so you can listen to it again if you so wish.

The presenter mentioned that it was a very interesting evening with many intelligent questions; that it was a shame this had not been done a few months ago.

[You may like to know that the local campaign group CAFFO had in fact arranged a very similar 'Question Time' event many weeks ago.  It was a huge disappointment when Nocton Dairies Ltd decided to withdraw before this could take place.]

Tuesday 11th January 2011 is the last day for submitting your comments on the planning application (10/1397/FUL) to North Kesteven District Council.
