Nocton Dairies Ltd have had another major setback to their plans today, with their application for a Digestate Pipeline [10/1522/FUL] being refused planning permission.
The full notice of the decision can be viewed on the North Kesteven District Council planning portal.
I just cannot understand why Nocton Dairies Ltd didn't choose to withdraw this application at the same time as the main dairy application.
Will they now take the only reasonable course of action left to them - and that is to withdraw their final planning application for the reservoir [11/0059/FUL]?
