The Environment Agency have now published their press release following a successful prosecution:

Dairy farm owner fined for slurry pollution

'A North Devon farmer has been ordered to pay £23,190 in fines and costs for flouting environmental regulations.'

Retrospective application for slurry lagoon

The retrospective application for a slurry lagoon and channel at Sedborough Farm, Parkham Ash Parkham Devon EX39 5PS is still pending a decision by Torridge District Council [1/1110/2010/FULM].
