Stephen Phillips QC MP

I wasn't under influence of alcohol in any adverse way, says MP who hopped across the Commons at 3am

'Mr Phillips admitted skipping across the lobby, saying he was in ‘high spirits’ because of good news about the Tory ‘No’ campaign in the referendum on changing the voting system in General Elections.'

They Work for You

Whilst the Daily Mail is occasionally suspect in its accuracy of reporting (after all it has been subject to a number of notable libel suits), one thing is quite clear to me... that our local MP is very active on our behalf during Parliamentary business - see link below.

I was able to meet Stephen Phillips QC during CAFFO's campaign against the 'super-dairy' last year.  I attended his Sleaford surgery with two other colleagues, to lobby for his support in our fight against the controversial planning application of Nocton Dairies Ltd.  I emerged from the meeting somewhat in awe of his razor-sharp, analytical mind... and his immediate ability to 'drill through' to the core issues.
