Nocton is clearly making progress with adopting the idea of formulating a Parish Plan. A new group will officially launch the 'Community Led Action for Nocton' on Sunday 4th September 2011. This will be held in the Village Hall between 12pm - 4pm.
The aim of this forum is to allow the wider community to become further involved with the idea of a Parish Plan, so please make every effort to attend and have your input over the future direction of your village.

To give you an example of what a Parish Plan may look like, I lived in Nettleham before moving to Nocton and this larger village was an early adopter of the idea of a Parish Plan. You can view the aims and objectives for Nettleham in their comprehensive plan published here:
