Resident of Old Sleaford Road [19 April 2016]

Pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 40mph on the A17. He was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Fined for using a colour television without a licence.

Resident of MAC Farming Estates, Hostel 2 Beech, Nocton Nurseries [9th May 2016]

Case proven in absence for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Resident of Grange Lane [4th June 2016]

Pleaded guilty to driving with 212 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £60 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 25 months.
