  1. Hi Geoff,

I would be interested in discussing this with you as this planned development would directly affect us. So would like to get your take on things to help us submit our objections.

    Regards,

    Adam

  2. Hi Adam and thanks for getting in touch. If you visit the North Kesteven District Council planning portal and search for this application using the reference I have given, you will see I have already lodged my objection.

The best advice I can give you is to read the following:

    1. How to object: http://planninglawblog.blogspot.co.uk/p/how-to-object.html
    2. National Policy Planning Framework: http://planningguidance.communities.gov.uk/
    3. Proposed Submission - Local Plan 2016: https://www.n-kesteven.gov.uk/central-lincolnshire/local-plan/

There is no quick fix I'm afraid. It is important to state exactly how you believe this proposal will breach aspects of the planning guidance rules. In my experience, comments must be planning related to be fully effective. However, as you can see I don't always follow this golden rule, mainly because I think if it goes to Committee, sometimes Councillors can be influenced occasionally by other factors. Hope this helps.
    Regards.
