NKDC takes action against the landlord of an Akrotiri Square, Nocton Park property. The case was heard in her absence at Lincoln Magistrates Court on Monday, August 8 2016 where she was found guilty of the two charges. She was sentenced to a fine of £660 per charge, costs of £450 and a victim surcharge of £66. In total, the person was ordered to pay more than £1,800.
