    Re Nocton Dairies defence of their begging bowl:
    Oh dear, has this expose hit a nerve with Nocton Dairies? If it's such a regular occurrence to ask tax payers to fund unpopular developments, then why wasn't this shared with the 'liaison' group ... oh, that's right, it's Nocton Dairies own version of liaison.
