Since I took a copy of the critical dates off the NKDC website on 10th December, I see the Expiry Date for comments has been altered from 7th January 2011 to 11th January 2011, so you have a few more days to register your observations/objections.
The current dates posted on the application 10/1397/FUL (as at 14th December @ 0625 hrs) are:
Application Received Date: 17 Nov 2010
Application Validated Date: 10 Dec 2010
Expiry Date: 11 Jan 2011
Target Determination Date: 18 Feb 2011
Determination Deadline: 11 Mar 2011
