One of the farming forums have clearly picked up on this acquisition too. Shame about the negativity really, because from what I can see locally, much remedial work has commenced on improving the Nocton Estate, starting with the clearance of overgrown and silted drainage dykes. Early signs are that Sir James will be an investor who cares for the land that he owns. An old cliché, but only time will tell I suppose.
