Proposal
Erection of 4 detached houses with detached double garages.
I last reported on this planning application back in May. Work appears to be progressing nicely, with construction of the first property well underway and much of the groundwork done. The new access to the plot, requiring a slight diversion of the stream and a new bridge/culvert, is still to be constructed.
It will be interesting to see how this work develops in the remaining six months of 2016.

They would seem to have made a beautiful job of the properties and the site as a whole. Us along with others no doubt will cheer when finally the vehicle bleeping operating alarms are finally silenced.
