The next Parish Council meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 13th September at 7.00pm.

This is the Agenda for the meeting.

I have also received the following information due to registering an objection against the planning application mentioned.

"Notification of Planning Sub Committee Meeting

Application Reference: 16/0862/OUT
Proposal: Outline planning application for the erection of 1no dwelling (with access for consideration)
Location: Former Tennis Court Land Rear Of Village Hall Main Street

Please note the above planning application will now be considered by the Planning Sub Committee on 20th September 2016.

This meeting is open to the public and starts at 5:00 pm in The Council Chamber, North Kesteven Council Offices, Kesteven Street, Sleaford. If you wish to speak at the Planning Sub Committee meeting please register on the hotline number, 01529 304807, any time from the receipt of this letter to 12 noon on the Friday before the Committee meeting.

Please note that registrations to speak are on a first come first served basis and the Council’s speaking scheme only allows one person from the following groups to speak on an application: the Applicant or their agent or a supporter, an objector, a Representative of the Parish Council.

If you wish, photographs, illustrative drawings or presentations may be used within the three minutes speaking time, but you must make sure that our Planning Division has them by 12 noon on the Friday before the Committee meeting. Please contact Carolyn Smith or one of the Planning Assistants, on 01529 414155 for details on how to submit presentation material, or email your documents to Please note the size limit of attachments to emails is 10MB.

After 12 noon on the Friday before the Committee meeting no further requests to speak or presentation materials will be accepted.
