The following email was received on 7th March:
"Dear Friends and Colleagues,
I hope you are well and enjoying the welcome arrival of Spring. My Spring newsletter is below and here are three more little items of interest.
- Elections for County Council are on May 4th. In a recent survey 57% of people who did not vote, said they intended to vote, but something came up or they just forgot. If you have a postal vote you can still take it sealed in the envelope into the polling booth on the day. If you would like a postal vote, the attached form needs to be completed and returned to NKDC at Kesteven Street, Sleaford, NG34 7EF or your own District, City or Borough Council.
- The meeting about Mrs Smith’s Cottage, Navenby mentioned in the February Newsletter is now at 10 North Lane, on March 15th 10am as on the newsletter attached.
- Business rates are being revalued from April 1st 2017, resulting in some paying more and some less. To summarise how it may affect you, I have written an article on the Lincolnshire independents news blog. www.lincolnshireindependents.org.uk
Kind Regards,
Marianne
