Main Street - damage

Wall down again

I refer to my blog dated 7 Feb 2018 about the diversion of HGV's through Nocton.

It seems another vehicle has been unable to successfully navigate the left-hand bend at the Wellhead Lane junction without demolishing the wall over the Beck.

Good job there wasn't a pedestrian standing there
waiting to cross the road!
This appears to be happening quite regularly nowadays, so perhaps there needs to be a change of thinking when it comes round to reconstruction.
