I refer to my blog dated 11 Apr 2017.

I see the renovation and conversion work for the old workshop has commenced.

The proposed use of the building will provide facilities for functions, meetings and staff training which are associated with Beeswax Dyson Farming Ltd. The building will not be hired out to private individuals or organisations.

There will be sleeping accommodation on the first floor for temporary farm workers, generally  student workers during the busy harvest period. The workers will be employed on a bed and board basis, therefore no cooking facilities will be provided to the individual bedroom units. The temporary staff will have access to the kitchen facilities for cooking and the making of drinks. 

The building will generally be used for functions during normal daytime hours. Although occasional events may take place during the evening and night. If this is the case, then any neighbouring residents will be advised well in advance. A curfew could be put in place should this be required.

Additional staff will be employed as and when they are required for specific events.
