Karen Bradford (Corporate Director of North Kesteven District Council) attended the meeting to make a presentation to Parish Councillors on the draft Options Appraisal for Nocton Hall. Members of the public were also in attendance.
The draft Options Appraisal is awaiting a formal response from English Heritage (David Walsh - Historic Buildings Advisor also attended the meeting and he reported it 'is in the post').
Leda Properties (the current owners of Nocton Hall) have not yet seen the draft report, but NKDC are understood to be meeting with them on 15 December.
The draft Options Appraisal has received NKDC Officer's support, but it now needs Member's support. The Options Appraisal will be presented to the Executive Board in the New Year.
It was reported that a new Development Brief may need to be drafted (I assume this is because the 'Former RAF Hospital and Nocton Hall Development Brief - December 1999' now requires updating).
