Tidy up continues
I refer to my last blog dated
4 Sep 2017 and am pleased to report that Plot 72A is almost clear of the building material that was stored temporarily. I'm sure the immediate residents are pleased this work has finally been carried out, however the plot could do with landscaping now.

This leaves one outstanding matter - and that is the completion of work for Wegberg Rd. The final top dressing surface and refurbishment of the footpath is required... only then can we say that Phase 3 of the Nocton Park development is actually finished.
